Learning objectives

This EFORT Webinar “3D Printed Reconstructions in Complex Pelvic Revisions and Oncology Surgery” will focus on the latest advances made in the reconstruction of the pelvis using 3D printed technology. Specific aspects, decision-making, techniques of resection and reconstruction in musculoskeletal oncology will be addressed. Moreover, the indications in the complex revision of total hip arthroplasty will be discussed. The objectives of the Webinar are: 

• Understanding the issues and challenges that need to be addressed for the pelvic reconstruction in large bone defects.
• Selecting the right surgical approach for optimum access and type of reconstruction.
