Our Plenary Sessions put the focus on resilience and highlight the topic from various angles. With slightly different perspectives, OECD, EC, and UNISDR are currently supporting a number of countries in risk management review processes. The Plenary Session 5 will provide insight into the techniques of the different review approaches and highlight the value of peer learning, whereas Plenary 6 will focus on sovereign risk management strategies and on risk financing to cope with the adverse financial and economic consequences of disasters.
